Isabel (Izzy) Lenihan brings 25 years of business experience to the TypeE team. She began at the ripe old age of 18 by starting a family business with her parents and went on to own and operate businesses with her husband. She also has worked for the past 13 years at Canyon Ranch as Program Coordinator, and has assesed and coached several thousand guests on how to accomplish their life goals.

Izzy has spent her entire life surrounded by TypeEs. Her father, whose formal education ended after fourth grade, worked tirelessly and enthusiastically learning several trades, aspiring to retire at the young age of 55. Izzy, of course, married a TypeE and has spent the better part of her relationship with her husband Scott trying to change him, which consumed a tremendous amount of time and energy. That was time and energy which she now spends appreciating him and his uniqueness. Izzy is also the mother of two boys ages 6 & 8, and there is no doubt in her mind that they, too, are TypeEs.

However, now that I've come to understand the TypeE personality, I have an entirely new appreciation of who they are, and I accept that there is no changing them. Now I embrace them and the gifts they bring to the world. All I have to do is hang on and enjoy the ride!"
